We are being pulled in all directions through what feels like unending state of global chaos + crisis. Together we will use the breath to help bolster the parts us that have been uprooted along the way. Clearing our vessel to attune better to our needs in order to maintain right relationship with the boundaries around what is available for distribution and what is not.
Our health is in our hands (extensions of the heart)! Fortitude and discernment around what we are pouring our energy into is vital. So we can make the choices that align with what is available to give, and what is necessary for us to keep, in these now moments.
We will be using an active Breathwork meditation technique to help facilitate physical, emotional, mental, release in a supportive group environment. Through full rhythmic breathing, the conscious mind can relax (let go), allowing us to tune into our subconscious programming and intuitive wisdom to help heal stress and traumas that have made a home in our bodies.
Scientific studies tracking the effects on modalities such as conscious connected Breathwork, show great potential to treat highly prevalent mental health disorders like depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
