This work is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the intelligence of your own breath and body. Through conscious breathing, we begin to soften the layers that keep us disconnected from ourselves and return to the places within that are asking for presence, care, and attention.
Over the past 20 years, I've worked in bodywork, energy healing, business coaching, and breathwork. Through EarthBody Breathwork, I guide individuals and groups back into relationship with their breath, nervous system, and inner landscape.
I've trained more than 100 certified facilitators, many of whom now run their own sessions, circles, and retreats. And I've held hundreds of one-on-one and group sessions for individuals, corporate teams, and healing communities.
