This work is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the intelligence of your own breath and body. Through conscious breathing, we begin to soften the layers that keep us disconnected from ourselves and return to the places within that are asking for presence, care, and attention.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in the fields of bodywork, energy healing, business coaching, and breathwork. Through EarthBody Breathwork, I guide individuals and groups into deeper relationship with their breath, nervous system, and inner landscape.
I’ve facilitated hundreds of one-on-one and group sessions and have trained more than 100 breathwork facilitators who are now sharing this work in their own communities.
This practice has been deeply transformative in my own life, and it continues to humble me as I witness the depth of healing and human expression that becomes possible when people reconnect with their breath.

Breathwork Facilitator Training
A 4-part, in-person training that blends science, spirituality, and practical application.
This program is trauma-informed, somatic, and experiential, offering a strong foundation in nervous system awareness, conscious breathing, and energetic literacy. Designed for those wishing to deepen their personal practice and/or confidently guide others.
1:1 Mentorship
Personalized mentorship for breathwork facilitators, practitioners, and those in helping roles.
These sessions offer space for reflection, integration, skill refinement, and embodied leadership, supporting both your personal process and professional evolution.
1:1 Breathwork
Using the breath in a conscious, connected way, we work with what is ready to move, soften, or be integrated. Each session includes 75 minutes of guided breathwork, nervous system support, grounding tools, and reflection. Available virtually via Zoom or in person in the Wakefield / Ottawa area.
Breathwork Groups
Ideal for workplaces, retreats, and community gatherings. Sessions are 60–90 minutes and thoughtfully tailored to the needs of the group, with an emphasis on safety, regulation, and embodied presence. You can also check my calendar for upcoming local group offerings.
