The Journey to Become a Breathwork Guide

I’ve been practicing and guiding this lineage of Breathwork for over five years. I want to share a deeper understanding and embodied approach to the tools that have helped me help myself and the thousands of people that I have now worked with. This is a 4-part training series to become a fully certified Breathwork facilitator. ALL four level required for full certification and to hold Breathwork circles// group work.

Levels can be taken in non sequential order

Level 3: WORKING WITH GROUPS ($749 +hst)

• heart + throat chakra activations • the heart as a leader • healing our voice// expression • group dynamics + creating a sacred container for the work

We will go through and cover the steps and nuances that arise when facilitating Breathwork in a group setting. How to anchor and prepare ourselves and the space, in order to create a stable and loving container for group healing. Open discussion and partnered work will help you prepare and use your creativity when creating events, ideas, workshops for healing work with groups and working with the flow and current that arises within any group.
