Group healing is an ancient practice. When we work together to achieve new levels and states, our energy moves and opens in ways that individual healing can not to reach. Working in collaboration is power. Working as a holistic being is healing.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release in a safe and supportive environment. Through full rhythmic breathing, the conscious mind softens, allowing us to tune into our body wisdom to heal current stress, past wounds, and traumas.

The experience moves energy and facilitates the release of emotions such as anger, grief and sadness. Breathwork can leave you feeling softer, open, and less burdened. It may help you feel light in the mind and body, leaving the space to make decisions in your most intuitive state.

Group Breathwork is for you:

  • You have tried many other healing modalities (passive healing) to help ease pain and suffering and find they are only temporary relief.

  • You are ready to deepen your relationship with your emotional and spiritual bodies and practice with a self-healing technique

  • You don’t need a high-level of support and want to connect with community on a deeper level

  • You want to heal patterns of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, addictions and willing to show up for yourself and do the work necessary for heart healing.
