Engage in an hour of breathwork, exploring the depths of your heart and throat energy centers, leaning into self love, passion, and our truth.

Take time for introspective journaling, then surrender to the soothing embrace of our spa space—sauna, steam, cold plunge—immersing yourself in the therapeutic and sacred powers of water.
